Built by a security company. Held to a security company's standard.
BluewaterOS runs the licensing, scheduling, and compliance records for a working security operation before it's ever sold to another one — so data handling isn't an afterthought.
Access Control Center
Every change to a guard registration, schedule, or compliance record is logged — who changed it, what changed, and when. This isn't a bolt-on report; it's how the platform is built.
Role-Based Access
Recruiters, guards, and directors of operations see only what their role requires. Sensitive records like background check status and licensing documents are scoped accordingly.
Encrypted in Transit
All traffic between your team and BluewaterOS is encrypted over HTTPS/TLS. We don't ask you to trade security for convenience.
Where your data lives, and who can see it
Your officer records, schedules, and client contract data belong to your company. We don't sell or share operational data across customers, and we don't use your data to train models or products outside your account.
Full data processing details are available on request as part of a signed agreement — ask during your demo if this is a requirement for your procurement process.
BluewaterOS does not currently hold a formal third-party security certification (such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001). If your organization requires one as part of a vendor review, tell us during your demo — we can walk through our current practices in detail and discuss timeline for formal certification if it's a blocking requirement.
