Industrial posts, residential communities, and commercial properties each call for a different temperament, not just a body in a uniform. New graduates are paired with site-specific briefings and, on larger contracts, an experienced officer for the first shifts. The goal is that your first day on post isn't the first time you're applying what you learned in the classroom under real conditions with no support.
